At Integracom we have set out a career pathway for a young technician to start training as both a Telecommunications Technician and also as a Security Technician.
Why train as both?
The gap between the industries is now so obscure as they are overlapping into areas such as IP CCTV Systems and IP intruder systems both operating on a telecommunications cabling Infrastructure therefore having formal qualifications in both areas is advantageous when looking to join a company for that on the job experience.
For this reason Integracom have designed a training program that can be completed over a period of 6 months to two years incorporating on the job training.
