Project Management Exam Preparation

COURSE OBJECTIVES:

Project Management is one of the fastest growing professions worldwide. Taking the Project Management Professional (PMPR) certification, will add significant value to both your career prospects and the projects you may be assigned to manage.

The Project Management Professional (PMPR) certification is administered by the Project Management Institute (PMIR), who are the de facto organisation, responsible for the certification of Project Managers on a worldwide basis.

The PMPR qualification is divided into three logical course groupings.

• Part 1 - two days or four evenings (4 Units)
• Part 2 - two days or four evenings (4 Units)
• Part 3 - one evening (preparation for PMP exam)

Part 1 units included:

1. Project Management Overview
2. Project Scope and Project Time Management
3. Project Risk Management
4. Project Cost and Quality Management

Part 2 units included:

1. Project Procurement Management
2. Project Resource Management
3. Project Communications Management
4. Project Integration Management

Outcomes

On successful completion of each group of units, students will be awarded a certificate of attainment, which carry's contact hour credits, towards the Professional Project Management Qualification (PMPR) verification process).

Part 3 is preparation for the PMPR exam including:
(Students must have attended Part 1 and Part 2 first)

• The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOKR) which is the standard reference material against which the PMI's PMPR exam is written
• Access to our PMPR Sample Question Simulation database
• Assistance with your PMPR verification submission
• Telephonic assistance from the X-Pert Academy (Australia) on any queries relating to the PMPR

There is no CTF subsidy for this part of the course.
