Terms & Conditions of Course Registration

Payment for this booking is due at least 14 days prior to course commencement. For bookings made within the 14 days payment will be due within 24 hours of booking the course. For high demand courses, payment may be requested earlier to secure your place on the course. We reserve the right to cancel, postpone or alter the dates and/or times of any course.

BCITF Eligibility - Please note the following:

If a student is being subsidised under the BCITF eligibility [link opens in new window] criteria it is a condition that: The student or company booking the course acknowledge that In the event of a student not completing or not passing the course or for any reason Integracom cannot claim the subsidy due to the actions of the student or the booking company that the student or company will be liable to Integracom for all associated or outstanding course fees.

Student Cancellation Policy

On receipt of written cancellation from the client:

14+ days before course commencement - admin fee of $25.00 for transfer or cancellation
13-8 days before course commencement - transfer fee $25.00, cancellation fee $50.00
7 or less days before course commencement - transfer fee $50.00, cancellation fee up to 25% of full (standard) course fee.

Cancellation after being granted a previous transfer - same as for 7 or less days before course commencement.

Non-attendance at course with no notification - full (standard) course fees will still be payable, no refunds or transfers.

Cancellation fees will be deducted from payments already made or will be invoiced and cleared before any new enrolments are accepted.

Transfers not automatically available - approval at Integracom's discretion.
